HERBAL WATER™ (www.herbalwater.com) the manufacturer of the brand “Ayala’s Herbal Water™” is the most innovative, distinctive and promising beverage company in the natural products market. We are looking for a hard working, professional, and experienced Sales Manager for the Natural Channels.
Position is available in Wynnewood, PA (15 minutes west of Philadelphia).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and communicate a territory development plan (identify & prioritize key potential customers)
- Ensure high penetration of Strategic Accounts (Natural, Specialty, Grocery with Natural) through the territory
- Engage and manage broker’s reps within the territory
- Establish distribution at new accounts
- Develop and execute promotional plans at key accounts (within budgeted spending)
- Execute store-level calls as appropriate to ensure proper retail conditions; ensure shelving, pricing, merchandising and marketing objectives are met
- Achieve monthly Distribution & Volume targets within budgeted trade spending
- Monitor and communicate progress versus targets and proactively adjust plans as appropriate
- Represent the company at industry, community and promotional events
- Understand customer, environmental and competitive dynamics within the territory
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree (B.A or B.S)
- Industry experience of calling on national accounts in the natural channels
- Enthusiasm for water, all-natural foods, and healthy life style
- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit
- Outgoing, self motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Professional demeanor with proven sales results
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Experience and contacts in the beverage business
